We are what
we eat.

 Something is changing

Schools in the United States starting to offer vegan menus in their canteens, a Welsh pub that eliminates fish&chips and breakfast with bacon, eggs and pancakes, and becoming the first vegan pub in England, fast food giants introducing more and more plant based food in their menu, bodybuilders who after years of crazy meat consumption become vegan and find they still… have muscle.

Something is changing, apparently faster and faster.

By now we are all beginning to have heard (and above all to understand that it is the truth) that the intensive breeding of animals for food is destroying our old planet, given that it is the main source of pollution and destruction, far greater than even the industrial pollution.

It is said that in order to have a global change it is not necessary that a small number of people make enormous efforts to change the rules, on the contrary it would be enough for everyone to take a small step.

Here at #RAW we have decided to take that step. We did it in our own small way, enthusiastically embracing a healthy lifestyle, respectful of the environment and animals. And now we would like to become one of those reasons that will lead more and more people to change.

This is the first article of this new #RAW blog.

We hope you enjoy it and that it will be a small contribution to improve yourself and to enjoy a healthy, conscious and happy life.
